What types of color coated steel plates can be divided into:
1. Painted steel plate
The coated steel plate is made of galvanized steel plate as the base material, and the front and back sides are coated, so it has good corrosion resistance. Usually the first layer is primer, most of which use epoxy primer, which has strong adhesion to metal. The second layer is the surface layer, usually polyester coating or acrylic resin coating.
2. PVC steel plate
PVC steel sheet is thermoplastic, and the surface can not only be thermally processed (such as embossing to make the surface texture richer), but also has good flexibility (can be bent), and its anti-corrosion performance is also good. There are two types of PVC steel plates on the market: coated PVC steel plates and film PVC steel plates. Therefore, after continuous technological innovation, a PVC steel plate with a composite acrylic resin added to the surface of the PVC has appeared on the market, which has a longer service life.
3. Thermal insulation coated steel plate
The heat-insulating coated steel plate is to paste 15-17mm thick polystyrene foam, rigid polyurethane foam and other materials on the back of the color-coated steel plate, which can play a good heat and sound insulation effect.
4. High durability coated steel plate
Because fluoroplastics and acrylic resins are resistant to aging, they are added to the surface of the coated steel sheet, which makes the coated steel sheet more durable and corrosion resistant.
